With over 25 years of combined experience in the construction industry we’re equipped to handle any project. Formed by 3 passionate guys with a hammer, we saw an opening to bring more transparency and effective communication to a tired industry. And yes, that’s some of us on top of Half Dome. We’re not just builders; we’re adventurers who love the outdoors and thrive on challenges.

Some of the Team
After graduating from UCSB Ted spent time working in the corporate world as an Accountant and playing music. Afterwards, he moved to Africa and took a teaching position, eventually making his way back to the Bay and joining a construction company with Ryan.
When not running numbers and schedules, you’ll find Ted with his two kids, getting dragged along backpacking with Ryan, and playing some guitar.
Ryan joined a local construction company as a Project Manager after finishing USCB and touring with his band. After a few years working on job sites, he started his own construction company with a close friend. Almost 20 years later and he’s still in the industry - helping others bring their projects to life.
When not at work, you’ll find Ryan hanging with his two kids, backpacking the Sierras, and still playing a little bit of music with Ted.
Alex was born into the construction industry and starting following his uncle and father along as a kid. He started his own construction company in his early 20’s and joined forces with Ryan & Ted in 2018.
When not working you’ll find Alex hanging with his 4 kids and wife.
